Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your participation in the Ibnaootp Home Lottery (“the Lottery”). By purchasing a ticket or otherwise engaging with the Lottery, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Organiser

The Lottery is organised by Ibnaootp Pty Ltd, registered at 60 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia (ABN: 53 971 482 6).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are permanent residents of Australia. Employees of Ibnaootp Pty Ltd, their immediate families, and any associated agencies are not eligible to participate.

3. Ticket Purchase and Payment

Ticket packages and prices are displayed on the Lottery website. All payments must be made in Australian dollars via the payment methods provided. A valid ticket number will be issued upon successful payment; this number constitutes your entry into the draw.

4. Prize Draw and Winner Notification

The prize draw will be conducted by an independent auditor within 14 days of the closing date. Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be redrawn.

5. Prizes

Prizes are as described on the website. No cash alternative is offered unless explicitly stated. All taxes and transfer costs associated with the prize will be covered by the organiser. Prize images are for illustration only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ibnaootp Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Lottery, except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Personal information provided by entrants will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the use of your name and general location for promotional purposes if you are a prize winner.

8. General Provisions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
